Originally founded as an in-house resident coordination and relocation division of Kalel Companies, Preservation Logistics has expanded its team and capabilities to offer expertise to other development companies.

Preservation Logistics seamlessly integrates with property management and construction teams, utilizing a proprietary CRM and project management platform to track critical project and resident data efficiently.

RESOLUTIONS AND STRATEGIES GROUP

Consultant

A comprehensive community developer and government relations firm that utilizes meaningful and long-lasting connections and relationships to advance the needs and quality of life of underserved and underrepresented communities.

Experienced in working with local, state, and federal governments, RSG has established contacts throughout the 5 boroughs and the State of New York.

RSG will use its expertise and connections to work in collaboration with residents to elevate their needs, identify their priorities, and address resident-wide concerns.

Property Management

Wavecrest Management’s mission is to understand the needs of our residents to help provide the necessary services and programs to make the company credible and successful. Wavecrest Management has operated for over 40 years in New York City, providing comprehensive property management services with a focus in affordable housing.

Each building will get a new property management team to help improve communication and solicit feedback directly from you.
